Obama, the usurper, not content to silence Fox Network, is pushing for the Useless Nations to allow only approved speech, world wide.

The proposal comes from those bastions of human rights, Egypt and the Obama White House. This proposal modifies the 43 year-old document International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 23 March 1976 Recalling that the exercise of the right to freedom of expression carries with it special duties and responsibilities, in accordance with article 19 (3) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,
1. Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference.
UNLESS it interferes with
(b) ...the protection of national security or of public order or of public health or morals.
Muslims are free to impose sharia; but under the usurper's new proposal infidels will not be free to criticize.
Obama's new proposal recognizes the moral and social responsibilities of the media and the importance that
the media’s own elaboration of voluntary codes of professional ethical conduct can play in combating racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance...
And Obama acknowledges the internet's power for good but expresses regret at the promotion by certain media of false images and negative stereotypes of vulnerable individuals or groups of individuals...
Bloggers and non State Approved Propaganda Proliferaters (SAPPs) will be subject to denial of free speech!
Obama's proposal also urges the adoption of
Para 8 article 3.
(a) No one shall be required to perform forced or compulsory labour; (c) which shall not include: (iii) Any service exacted in emergency or calamity threatening the life or well-being of the community; (iv) Any work or service which forms part of normal civil obligations.
Barack Obama's Youth Service (BOYS) would be exempt from any allegation of being illegal compulsory labour.
There are many more problems with this proposal which I will discuss in future blogs. But don't sit around. The Second American Revolution must begin now.
